Field Technician
The role involves installing ChemDAQ’s gas monitors and related equipment at customer sites domestically, while also learning the technical aspects of the equipment to train end users onsite and remotely. Responsibilities include, providing technical support to customers, assembling and testing equipment for order fulfillment, troubleshooting and repairing electronic components, and facilitating onsite sensor exchanges as part of the Sensor Exchange Program. Calibration Technician
This role focuses on hands-on sensor calibration for various sensor types while collaborating with the Production Team to meet weekly calibration goals. Responsibilities include identifying calibration trends, troubleshooting sensor issues, investigating failure modes, and reporting progress to the Production Manager.
