Protein Processing

In protein processing plants, peracetic acid - PAA - is used at varying concentration levels. It’s sprayed on the lines, runs through facility pipes, it fills dip tanks and sits in storage totes. peracetic acid is used throughout to kill harmful bacteria directly on the meat and the processing surfaces.

These processes are harmful towards the workers in these plants who use PAA daily due to the varying concentrations of this gas putting employee safety at risk.

Active, continuous monitoring for PAA takes the guesswork out of creating a safe workplace, reducing risks and providing next-level protection for your teams and your business.

  • "ChemDAQ has proven to me over the years that they are the premier company that monitors Peracetic Acid.

The company has grown and continues to provide the highest quality products. It's a joy to work with them, and I would recommend their products to anyone who uses PAA in the market."
